This year, at Easter, we have an unusual combination for you: salty herrings and sweet strawberries :) The inspiration for us were herrings served by Ambasada Śledzia during the Najedzeni Fest festival, which was on 8 February in Cracow. We tried to recreate the taste, which that day won our palates. We invite you to try herrings with strawberries and dill sauce - really worth it!
