Classic Italian pesto is made with basil, garlic, pine nuts and parmesan cheese. This richly flavoured souce is delicious served with spaghetti. Ingredients: Fresh basil leaves, 1/2 cup of pine nuts, 2 peeled garlic cloves, 1/2 cup Olive oil, Parmesan, Bacon, Spaghetti.   Serves four Preparation pesto: Put basil, pine nuts and garlic to food procesor and blend to a paste.
